Our simple steps to Design & Construct your dream

 

  STAGE 1 – SITE STUDY

 

At Buildexe, we believe it’s imperative to get it right from the beginning. Our first step is to get to really understand your site and its location. We scrutinise everything; ranging from your Local Council’s Development Control Plans (DCP), site boundaries, contours plans, existing services and potential hazards to ensure that your site is fit for your design.

 

  STAGE 2 – DESIGN CONSULTATION AND CONCEPT DESIGN

 

After gaining the important background information of your site, our Architects are now able to produce a detailed design brief containing all the expectations and desires you have of your new home. In this brief, all the specifications of the new home and its inclusions will be made clear. Since we’re all about optimising your project, Buildexe will further assess the feasibility of your project from a construction perspective; identifying time, cost and quality requirements. By utilising all this crucial information, our Architects are able to bring your idealisations to action; creating plans, elevations and sections. 

All This will be presented in your preliminary contract which includes itemised construction costs and a detailed siting showing the intended positioning of your dream home on your block.

 

  STAGE 3 – FIXED PRICE TENDER AND BUILDING AGREEMENT

 

When you are fully satisfied with your concept design and our tender price, Buildexe will proceed to create the working drawings, and building agreement. Buildexe will complete all the detailed drawings and specifications needed to construct your home, and will attain all administrative requirements such as BASIX approval, Sydney Water. We will then lodge all this information with council or accredited certifier to attain all the relevant certificates to commence your build.

 

  STAGE 4 – DESIGN YOUR GRAND HOME

 

Buildexe is all about design. Our house designs are based on creating luxurious homes that are contemporary and innovative, but are priced within your reach.  We will guide you through our carefully picked designer range of items and products needed to build your home. Together, we will create a vision to help you see all your selections and how they fit into your home.

 

  STAGE 5 – BUILDING YOUR GRAND HOME

 

Communication is vital and Buildexe realises this. During the build process, our Consultants will be in constant communication with you; updating you on every step of the construction journey weekly. We organize site meetings at every milestone. We want to build more than a house, we want to create an experience that will leave you empowered.
