Buildexe Pty Ltd is a residential building and project coordination company based on Sydney’s North Shore.
Led directly by the builder, we assist homeowners and property owners from the earliest stage of a development—whether they have an existing property, an initial duplex idea, preliminary plans or an approved project.
Through our established professional network, we coordinate architects, town planners, surveyors, engineers, certifiers and specialist consultants for duplex design, DA or CDC preparation, subdivision planning and construction documentation.
Following the required approvals, Buildexe can price, manage and deliver the residential construction through to completion.
Pre-Construction & Approval Coordination
Buildexe assists property owners from the earliest stage of a duplex development. We coordinate preliminary site assessment, architects, town planners, surveyors, engineers, certifiers and specialist consultants for design, DA or CDC documentation, subdivision planning and construction preparation.
