Buildexe Pty Ltd works with homeowners and property owners across Sydney. We combine residential construction with early project and consultant coordination, so the decisions made on paper make sense on site.
Whether you’re starting with an idea or ready to build, you’ll work directly with the builder.

Yes. Tell us about your property and what you want to achieve. We can discuss the initial assessment and consultants needed to explore the options.
I already have approved plans. Can you price the build?
Yes. Email your architectural plans, approval documents and available engineering to info.buildexe@gmail.com. Include the site suburb, intended start date and any scope information so we can review your project.
Can you help with duplex planning and subdivision?
We coordinate the relevant architects, planners, surveyors, engineers and certifiers. The available design and subdivision options depend on your site and applicable planning controls. Council or the registered certifier determines the required approvals.
Do you work with steep or difficult blocks?
Yes. Our work includes sloping sites, basement construction, excavation and retaining structures. Send us any survey, plans or geotechnical information you have so we can understand the site.
Which areas do you work in?
We are based in Wahroonga and work across Sydney, including the North Shore and Northern Beaches. Our selected projects include Balgowlah, Newport, Wahroonga and Turramurra.
